سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

* يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 6 أشهر من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وذلك في حال تأثرت جودة المنتج نتيجة الغسيل وفقًا لتعليمات العناية المرفقة.

* في حال وصول المنتج تالفًا أو وجود خطأ في الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلامه، مع إرفاق صور توضح المشكلة.

* بعد التحقق من الحالة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ أو إرسال منتج بديل وفقًا لسياسة المتجر.

* في حالات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع التي لا تكون بسبب عيب في المنتج أو خطأ من المتجر، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.

Return & Exchange Policy

* You may request a return or exchange within 6 months from the date of receiving your order if the product’s quality has been affected after washing according to the provided care instructions.

* If you receive a damaged product or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and attach clear photos showing the issue.

* After verifying the case, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product in accordance with our store policy.

* For return or exchange requests that are not due to a product defect or an error on the store’s part, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
